Room No. will not be given in advance, Rooms keys will be given only to actual occupants. |

No guest will be permitted in the room, Members are requested to attend their guest outside the
room. |

Alcoholic drinks, Gambling and Prostitution
are strictly prohibited Management reserves the right
to knock the door if it doubts and illegal in the residential
rooms. |

Room keys should always be deposited at reception, lost key will be charged Rs.250/-. |

No decoration will be allowed in residential room. |

Room booking will be made at first come first serve basis. |

Check out time is sharp 9:00 a.m. The procedure to vacate the rooms shall therefore start well in
advance to meet the above deadline on the date of check out. |

The billing for Room Service, Restaurant,
Coffee Shop, Telephone, Activity (swimming, health club,
home theatre, sport, etc.) Laundry Extra person / bed
etc, shall be done on actuals as per the vouchers given
by us. |

It is compulsory to show identity card of member/spouse on demand. |

Full payment of extra person/bed, A la carte, activity, laundry, telephone and other bills at the time
of check out. |
14. |
Any damage to or loss of articles in the room or elsewhere shall be charged on actuals. |

All transactions will be made by cash
only, on member's credit account or credit cards will
be accepted. Cheque or Demand Draft or Pay Order is Subject
to Realization. Rs. 100/- will be charged for returned
cheques per time. |

No telephonic booking or cancellation will be made, cancellation / retention will be charged
wherever necessary, the charges for cancellation are as follows : |
