The club has facility of 44 AC Deluxe Rooms & 2 Luxurious Suit rooms which provides with the best of comforts to their members and guests with the medium of accommodation and suites. All the rooms are centrally air-conditioned and have five star facilities like colour television and telephone etc. Suites are also available with the state-of-art designing in the true Karnavati standards. Rooms face the swimming pool, the lush green lawn, and a garden embodied with beautiful towers. Thus incorporating nature and it's embodiments with living !!

   •  Terms & Conditions
1. 50% Advance will have to be paid at time of room booking and balance amount of bill at checkout time in Cash/Credit card.
( No Cheque payments will be entertained )
2. 60% maintenance charges on phone / fax / paid bill, Laundry rates are available from House Keeping department.
4. Room No. will not be given in advance, Rooms keys will be given only to actual occupants.
5. No guest will be permitted in the room, Members are requested to attend their guest outside the room.
6. Alcoholic drinks, Gambling and Prostitution are strictly prohibited Management reserves the right to knock the door if it doubts and illegal in the residential rooms.
7. Room keys should always be deposited at reception, lost key will be charged Rs. 125/-.
8. No decoration will be allowed in residential room.
9. Room booking will be made at first come first serve basis.
10. Check out time is sharp 9:00 a.m. Room continuity will have to be intimated to the reception counter well in advance.
11. The billing for Room Service, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Telephone, Activity (swimming, health club, home theatre, sport, etc.) Laundry Extra person / bed etc, shall be done on actual as per the vouchers given by us.
12. It is compulsory to show Photo identity card of member/spouse on arrival.
13. Full payment of extra person/bed, A la carte, activity, laundry, telephone and other bills at the time of check out.
14. Any damage to or loss of articles in the room or elsewhere shall be charged on actual.
15. All transactions will be made by cash only, on member's credit account or credit cards will be accepted. Cheque or Demand Draft or Pay Order is Subject to Realization. Rs. 100/- will be charged for returned cheques per time.
16. No telephonic booking or cancellation will be made, cancellation / retention will be charged wherever necessary,
the charges for cancellation are as follows :
Before 15 Days or earlier  90%  tariff refund
Within 15 days & before 7 days  75% tariff refund
Within 7 days & before 24 hrs.  40% tariff refund
Within 24 hrs.  20% tariff refund
Less than 24 hrs. & before 12 hrs. 10% tariff refund
Within 12 hrs. or Non Occupied Room No refund
17. Only one room for member's personal stay is allowed as per the club rules.
18. Residential Guest should be permitted in the room till 00.00 hrs.
